FHANA Exhibit Booth

The OFHA has, in conjunction with the FHANA office, implemented a new policy regarding the borrowing of the FHANA Exhibit Booth. In order to borrow it you must now complete a form, and submit it with along with a deposit.

The OFHA is responsible for making sure the Booth arrives at the destination of the borrower, and pays the associated costs. The person(s) borrowing the booth are responsible for the cost of any damage and return shipping costs. The booth has to be returned to the OFHA secretary each time, immediately following the event it was borrowed for. Failure to do so may result in loss of the deposit.
